Nearly there with my latest cd, a Guided Meditation from Uisneach. It’s taken almost a full year from conception to production. It was at Bealtaine 2012 at the Festival of the Fires on the Hill of Uisneach that I took part in a rebirthing ceremony at the Cat Stone, and later that night while I slept, I channelled the ideas and words for the meditation.
Here’s the proposed pictures for the cd covers and label. CD Pictures

My free meditation video Positive Affirmations for Recovery is doing really well on YouTube, reaching 1,000 views on St. Patrick’s Day. Thanks everyone that viewed it. The feedback I’m getting is amazing, some people have made listening to it a daily practice. If you’d like to watch it here’s a link and there’s also a free mp3 audio download.

I had a great day at Mind Body Spirit at the RDS today. Firstly I caught up with some friends, psychics Fergus Gibson and Adam Higgs who are doing readings there, and more friends at the Reiki Federation Stand. I browsed through the books and cards at Dervish and then I got a signed deck of Tony Christie’s lovely Labyrinth Wisdom cards, as well as buying some orgone (for getting rid of negative energy) at his stand.
I had my Virtuescope done for free and then had a half hour Bars session at the Access Consciousness stand for €20, which I can still feel working on me.
Mind Body Spirit is on tomorrow, Sunday 17th March until 7 pm and Monday until 6pm in the RDS, Dublin. Admission €12.
Wishing all my friends worldwide a Happy St. Patricks’s Day

I was attending a seminar at Maynooth University today, so I took the opportunity to take some photographs of the beautiful 19th century buildings on South Campus. To see them click here.
